There are fewer than 100 trans college athletes in the US.

People are making all this fuss over probably less than a 1000 people.

Deal with it community by community and state by state people.

There are 42.9 million teenagers in the U.S.

Number of transgender athletes in the NCAA: fewer than 10

This is not a problem that needs addressing. It affects very few women!

It affects us all.

Just the bigots. They get triggered.

My daughter’s PE class has a trans girl (boy who identifies as a girl) changing in her locker room at Walter Johnson HS. Because this boy’s feeling are more important than the twenty girls who now change in the bathroom stalls. None of the girls want to speak up because they know they’ll be ostracized and called bigots by people like you who think girls should undress in front of boys. It’s not a big deal, right?

You can tell this is a troll post because anyone with any experience with trans people would know that a trans girl in high school would be the one changing in the stall.

Please, please encourage your daughter and the other girls to speak up. Please as a parent, contact the school and tell them this isn't right. I'm a WJ parent and would definitely have your back.

Didn’t happen in this case. 18 yo trans student with male genitalia fully exposed said genitalia to four freshman girls.

Didn’t happen here. Student with male genitalia fully exposed to female classmates changing for gym. Girls were not allowed to use a different room to change. Girls then refused to change for gym and were punished.

And also the local issue in an Arlington school.

The feelings of the male are always more important.

Then there should be no issue with the EO. Why make such a fuss? Surely you agree that it’s not such a big deal if five trans girls can’t destroy the competition in the state finals any more, since it is so irrelevant to you?

It's a handful of people and you all have been frothed into a frenzy about them.

Just wait til those federal jobs get cut in your state. It's coming. Hope it's worth sticking it to a handful of libs

He is such an idiot.

It was refreshing to see someone stand up to his BS. And he sounded like such an immature loser babbling on afterwards. He is such a child.

Again, since it’s such a small number, you should be fine with Trump’s EO. Why can’t you say you are fine with it? You keep saying you don’t care and it is irrelevant, so you are fine with it, right? Can you confirm?

Not fine with it, because I think states and / or communities have the rights to do what they want to do. There are so few "trans" athletes and students they will not make much of a difference in most areas. Little trans Jane /Jonnie can usually go into a bathroom stall and change. And if they want to rule the track / team at their local high school, well, it won't make any difference to anyone in 5 years. It's not like Republicans really want girls (born that way or trans) to be in sports in the first place.

You know, states rights? The states rights that Republicans have been saying they want more of for the past 50+ years.

Apparently now states rights don't mean anything to Republicans, starting on January 20th.

If it is so meaningless, the trans girls will not mind sitting out these races and games. Because, of course, it is so very, very irrelevant.

That having been said, I suspect the politically astute MAGA would be absolutely delighted at your answer. Why yes, by all means continue the blatant unfairness of socially-transitioned trans girls wiping out the biological girls in blue state track meets. Champion those wins, Democrats! Go states rights! Have blue state Democrats frequently and loudly lecture biological high school girls about how they and their losses are totally irrelevant. Make sure the biological girls know that the feelings of the winning trans girl matter far more than their own athletic achievements. Double down, blue state politicians! Stand up to Trump! Fight for the right of adolescent trans girls to dominate girls sports, Democrats! States rights! 👍

that data should be public, so why don't we make a list of all the trans athletes.

Kids shouldn’t be changing in group settings.

None of this is the point. Sigh. I think the biggest thing I’m learning with this whole situation is how few people can think critically.

Its not about the trans athletes or trans anything. Its about Trump trying to illegally change laws and force elected officials to bend to his will.

It is really not about the transgender issue. He just likes it because so many people gets so upset about that topic that it is easy for them to miss the broad picture of what he is doing. If he establishes the precedent of changing laws on a whim, do you think he’s really going to stop at transgender laws?
