They need to grow up. You win some elections and you lose some. Go away and don't come back until you figure out to how get enough vote with a campaign instead of a thuggish mob.

From Landon School to extremist militia member, a cautionary tail. Or how to best use your stimulus check to buy an illegal short barrel rifle when you’re an unemployed racist stoner with a baby.

Thuggish mob is much easier way to stay in power.

Interesting the group was discussing manufacturing bombs and meeting at a townhouse at 1209 North Taft Street #A.

Where’s the best place to read or watch the highlights of the hearings? Thanks!

The committee took three 10 minute breaks which was great for viewers too. It’s worth watching in full, but you can pause and go back to it. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=qr3z2ObaWQM

I was just reading the comments on Jennifer Rubin’s most recent column and I thought this really clarified things, from commenter Harcort_Fenton_Mudd:
“[…] as Jan. 6 committee Chair Bennie Thompson emphasized after the official proceeding took place, Proud Boys and (I think) Oath Keepers were scouting and doing recon on the buildings of Congress hours before Trump spoke (and maybe days before too). They didn't go to Trump's speech area at all, that was never their intent or orders. They were setup, instructed to go to the Capital, and wait and prepare for the mob as "reinforcements" to their overall planned attack. There was no spontaneous mob that got out of hand. This was all planned to go down exactly as it went down, including the gallows for Pence.[…]”

I knew this, but I hadn’t really put the whole entire thing together. I am immensely hostile to the GOP, but I think a part of my brain just doesn’t want to accept that every GOP is a filthy traitor to this country, either directly or by continuing to support the party of treason.

And this is why people who attended the rally insisted it was Antifa- something my own Grandmother and I argued about in the days following. We must separate Trump voters from Trump insurrectionists. Trump voters are not directly complicit they are just a tool and you need to get them to cleave away from Trump and what he and his staff encouraged/directed.

And yet, the Trump voters are too stupid to see the noses on their faces.

I am no Ivanka fan, but it is amazing she broke from her dad on this. She looked great.

She looked a little thin and worn. Purposefully so, I think.

She didn’t break! She gave some mealy mouthed, “I agree Barr said something…” and she’s already taken it back. Please stop trying to whitewash Ivanka. She’s just as culpable.

She was filtered to uncanny valley territory.
