I think he sounds panicky about his family and life falling apart after finding about about the deception and lies of a cheating partner. And someone who is coping by drinking too much. He has lost all control over his life and is trying to find a way to get a little back. His behaviour is problematic but it could be very context specific. He is at home with the kids while his wife is out sleeping with someone else and living away for 'work'. That has made a lot of men and women very angry and hurt.

Interesting the nanny clearly doesn't like either of them! It isn't very often you see a celebrity nanny prepared to spill on their bosses as it means no more Hollywood work for them. She was obviously fed up enough she decided to take the Daily Mail paycheck and blow it up!

There have been past reports of this nanny harassing Sudeikis and Wilde since she was fired. I suspect she went to DM to get paid because her reputation as a nanny was trash and she couldn’t get hired by anyone else. Would you trust this person to care for your child?

The nanny says she was mad how it ended and she left mistreated and didn't get severance pay due to the was she fired or did she resign debate during this mess. She also didn't get to say good bye to the two kids who she had been with for 3 years. Sounds like she decided to cut her losses and get the Daily Mail to pay her severance check. Likely the mess of the situation made her never want to nanny for celebs again! I wonder how much he daily mail would pay for a story like this.

Even worse, the nanny couldn't get unemployment because OW and JS maintained that she voluntarily resigned.

The nanny was absolutely in the clear to go to the Daily Mail and get paid for the interview. OW and JS basically abused their nanny, put her in the middle of their insane break-up, kicked her out of housing in a foreign country in the middle of the night, and then essentially forced her out without severance. And then.....wouldn't let her apply for unemployment because she technically "resigned."

Such ungrateful, ungracious, rich narcissists. They deserve to have their tea spilled in the tabloids.

Moral of the story: if you're famous and going through horrible life events, treat your staff well and pay for their discretion. OW and JS were stupid to not offer this nanny a five-figure severance given everything they put her through.

I don’t see her as the victim. She was utterly unprofessional to get involved with their personal lives and seemed to enjoy stirring the pot. She quickly learned she was mere hired help not a member of the family. #teamtheyallsuck

Its not on the employee to set the boundaries, it is on the employer and it appears there were none.

Jana Kramer has recently come out to say that when she found out her husband was cheating, she took a baseball bat and smashed quite a few things in the house. She also destroyed some of his clothes.

Jason finds out his long term partner is sleeping with HS - he gets mad. It doesn't sound like he did anything but anger can create a sense of fear on its own.

Harry has been saying he wants a family since he was in the band. He has always talked about wanting the wife and kids...not sure if he was wanting a ready made family like this or his own but he does usually like to fly under the radar for relationships so it will be interesting to see what happens next.

Yea I'm kind of surprised people are dumping on JS so much. Granted I just skimmed the story so maybe I missed something but sounds like he was shocked to discover his wife was cheating and had a very normal reaction - anger, impulsive behavior, etc. Infidelity can triggers deeply buried abandonment issues and most people don't act rationally at first.

I don’t buy this at all. Olivia is obviously a terrible boss. Look at how poorly she managed Kiki Layne and Florence Pugh. And she started banging another underling. I’m not absolving Harry Styles obviously but it is coercive to have a position of power over someone and then start sleeping with them. She’s incredibly unprofessional and based on the texts from JS to the nanny he seems pretty bad too. So no I think the odds of this being some real life The Hand that Rocks the Cradle are low.

The Harry Styles relationship seemed fake and manufactured to me. Harry seems gay and Olivia seems like a lesbian. And if the relationship was real, it was highly unprofessional and Olivia comes across as one of those gen X ‘cool mom’ ladies going through a mid-life crisis who can’t admit she’s not young anymore. Harry Styles doesn’t seem gay at all to me. He seems like a boring white guy in a crowded field who has repeatedly hinted at being Queer to garner more attention and to make himself more interesting than he really is. He’ll wear dresses on the cover of magazines but you will never hear about him dating another man because it’s all gayfishing. If Olivia was looking for/to beard she wouldn’t do it in a way that would garner so much negative attention. She’s just an unprofessional weirdo desperately trying to be young.
