There have been past reports about this nanny harassing the family.  It could be as simple as someone with a personality disorder who managed to keep it hidden for a while but now it’s coming out in petty, vindictive fashion.  Without a reference she’s not going to get hired as a Hollywood nanny again, so she probably figures she has nothing to lose by getting some revenge.[/quote]
I don’t buy this at all. Olivia is obviously a terrible boss. Look at how poorly she managed Kiki Layne and Florence Pugh. And she started banging another underling. I’m not absolving Harry Styles obviously but it is coercive to have a position of power over someone and then start sleeping with them. She’s incredibly unprofessional and based on the texts from JS to the nanny he seems pretty bad too. So no I think the odds of this being some real life The Hand that Rocks the Cradle are low.
