But once you have your vaccine card, you are required to show it WITH AN ID TO PROVE IT US YOUR VACCINE CARD. If you are arguing for vaccine passports, or that you need to show a vaccine card to enter indoor public spaces, you’re presuming people have ID.

I’ve never been asked to show my ID with my vaccine card. ???

Well in DC proof of ID and vaccine card are required. Same with NYC.

“A valid photo ID and proof of vaccination will be needed to enter many indoor gathering places. A mask mandate is also in effect.”

OK - I haven't been to DC or NYC recently. ??

They can, because it's private property. Whether they will bother is a different question. But it's always fun to see the party of private property rights and "corporations are people" get mad about the idea of those being applied against them.

Agree. ID should have no place in exercising a constitutional right, any constitutional right.

Owning guns is a constitutional right. Are you saying ID should have no place in the owning and licensing of a gun? Because that's just sheer stupidity and totally invalidates whatever lame argument you think you're making.

Many 2A activists argue there should be no photo ID requirement for purchasing a gun. Many of them also strongly support a photo ID requirement for voting without seeing the conflict.

I don’t know of any. How do you know someone isn’t a felon if they don’t show ID?

Wouldn’t that require a background check?

Do all 2A activists you know support universal background checks?

I don’t know any 2A “activists,” but all the gun owners I know support universal background checks.

+1
Absolutely.

ALL of the gun owners you know? Really?

I wonder what our JPFO / GOA / SAF friend thinks about universal background checks.
