Congrats to the far right for installing a Trump wannabe as Governor.

Nah, people aren't going to uproot themselves for a Governor who is around for 4 years and can't be elected to a consecutive term. Proposed bills take a while to wind through the system so at most you might see a couple noteworthy pieces of legislation per a Governor's term and a lot of smaller laws and changes that you hardly notice.

Says the person who feels like they won't be impacted by any of this. There are plenty of blue/purple VA residents who want no part of this vision.

How long until we get laws like other R-led states allowing parties entities to overrule election results?

Already in the works. It’s just a simple cut and past from Texas and Georgia laws with a rubber stamp from the republicans. North Virginia voters will only count as 1/10 of a vote.

Then you should move to DC or MD, as the PP suggested.

It’s funny that Democrats are outraged about common sense measures like… showing ID at the polls. Good for Youngkin.

I like being able to vote early when the line is short, can you explain why the republicans filed a bill to restrict early voting?

Says the person who doesn't live in the part of the state where it is actually hard to get a state issued ID.

Apparently 80% of Americans think that it’s a good idea to ask voters to show photo ID to vote, so that must include a lot of Democrats.

Let's not focus hanging fruit people. What about the issues other than Voter ID? Do we really need Virginia to be all open carry?

ANd what is the motivation to cut early voting>
