The narcissism is through the roof here.
Covid hit and Frisch made it all about the potential impact on his teacher partner. People call out the wasteful spending on Dunn Loring ES, and he finds a way to make it about his own personal safety. It’s about accountability. People who waste tens of millions of taxpayer money don’t really deserve another term in office. |

Maybe if your kid would be a walker. Otherwise NFW - it’s going to tear up other schools just to backfill Frisch’s folly. And delay the construction other schools that would be in more suitable locations. |

People should take a look at this June 22, 2023, school board work session which shows Karl Frisch's arrogance and disdain for community input on full display. At the 2:56:22 mark in the video, he cross-examines a woman who has prepared an FLE advisory report with the purpose of undermining people in Fairfax County who genuinely wanted to give input for the community review period regarding changes to the curriculum. He states that respondents to the questionnaire could be Reddit lawyers in Wyoming with access to multiple cell phones, iPads, and more in order to submit multiple responses to the survey.
He doesn't care at all about community opinion and will work to undermine it at every opportunity to push his own agenda. The FLE community review materials were sent out through the FCPS weekly newsletters and employee newsletters prior and during the review period. They also got input from student focus groups identified by principals at FCPS schools. He’s a complete jerk. He’ll try to discredit respondents to a FLE questionnaire if they don’t support his personal agenda, but he’ll turn around and claim purported signatories on an internet petition to save Blake Lane Park establish unanimous community opposition to a new school in Fairfax/Oakton. He truly doesn’t have an honest bone in his body. |
