He doesn't care at all about community opinion and will work to undermine it at every opportunity to push his own agenda.  The FLE community review materials were sent out through the FCPS weekly newsletters and employee newsletters prior and during the review period.  They also got input from student focus groups identified by principals at FCPS schools.  All of these methods of review resulted in a lack of support for the recommendations of the FLE advisory committee.
