Wilson Kids 2019 Throwback After School Behavior

When I was an undergrad at AU, I saw many a homeless person coughing all over/stealing food from the hot bar. And I minded my own business.

The safety of the fingerling potatoes!! 😂 And the baby artichokes of course.

Stealing food is conventional urban behavior, is it?

That hot bar thing is disgusting. WF needs to put a stop to that.

Normally the off duty police office would talks to the SRO, but I believe that program is somewhat in disarray? Someone at the school needs to be a contact for this.

This isn’t just a kid thing, I’ve seen many a patron taste along the way. Elderly women, young men. I never touch the hot bars.

Exactly. I’m interested to know how the OP is certain that these are all Wilson students and why PP believes law enforcement should be involved for them but not for anyone else.

Cue the predictable how do you know they are Wilson students comment.

So…how do you know?

Also saw the famous Wilson after school behavior on display again after so long (the bad, not the good which I'm sure exists). The standing in the cross walks out of light sequence, and the eating straight out of the Whole Foods prepared hot food cart without paying (or paying attention to Covid sanitation or posted protocol). Kids being kids or kids being twits?

Y’all said they ALL needed to be back in person.

Well lemme see it was the first day Wilson was open at their dismissal time. All the other other schools in the neighborhood are not in session yet. Unless you are thinking it is DEAL kids gone wild?

Whole Foods in Tenleytown doesn't have a hot bar any more. It's been closed for many months.

HAHAHA. Yeah, no.

I mean … I didn’t stick my hands in a hot bar and steal food…

Same.

I know this may come as a shock, but it's possible to attend school and not, after school, be a disgusting, unsanitary thief. Millions of us did it, and some of us even went to -- gasp! -- lower income urban schools.

So you mean to tell me that the whole story was bullshit? I'm shocked.

Bet they close it on weekdays from 3 to 5 for "daily cleaning" soon.

If you've lived in the neighborhood for any appreciable amount of time yet are still surprised/horrified that Wilson kids act like jagoffs when they get out of school, I don't know what to tell you. The school admins/DCPS don't give AF and never have, unless something ultra-criminal happens. Then they pretend to care for a week or two and then stop caring again.
