Can't take antidepressants, what are some natural supplements or things I can do for severe anxiety?

I'm not OP, but this gave me weird side effects.

Or, for general calming, if you really want to go natural route, try Doterra Copaiba capsules, or try CBD which is similar. I love sipping on Yogi Kava tea with little cream and cinnamon, but I worry about liver side effects. Or Equal Exchange Chamomile tea is delicious. Or try Hops vitamins.

If you are feeling super anxious, you can do Herb Pharm Passionflower extract. It's super potent, so ignore directions that say a whole vial is ok. Start with 10 drops, wait and see. Can also try Traditional Medicinal Lemon Balm tea, but might make you drowsey.

OP this was all meant for anxiety. For depression, I accidentally noticed taking Doterra turmeric oil was amazing for my mood. I put a drop in an empty capsule for pain relief, and it was magic. They now sell capsules with root and oil in it.

I have severe anxiety, was having panic attacks, yelling at the kids, escaping into alcohol. Transcendental meditation managed my anxiety, improved everything, including my family. It is worth it.

How does one get started with transcendental meditation? Did you join a group or do you follow videos?

FYI not free or cheap but good results.

How is meditation not free????

+magnesium, theanine, and a B/folate combo in the afternoon.

I felt very chill on delta 8. My husband had a literal panic attack. HR 109 average for 3 hours. Just be careful - it can have the opposite effect.

I also had rapid heart rate when I first took delta 8, but no longer have that side effect.

I have seen multiple doctors. I have a major reaction to dry mouth and it is caused a major dental issue despite meticulous care and checkups so I cannot take SSRI/Wellbutrin/Prozac etc because my body cannot handle this side effect. I need something I can take that isn't a Rx because that is a major side effect of almost all.

Me too and thousands of other people. There are ways to combat the issue. Dry mouth is a well known side effect.
There is no natural remedy that helps severe anxiety. You can ask for xanax and take on an add needed basis.
