I weighed myself this AM and I am 111.8 pounds. Broke my fast around 12PM with fruit, following by salad/quinoa. Just ate a protein bite. Lots of H2O! |

You sound a bit crazy. Unless you are 4 feet tall, 114 lbs is low. You likely won’t lose 5 lbs in a week. Start cutting back and you’ll get there but you are really not getting much sympathy here. You are not overweight. |
