How to lose 5 pounds in a week

Yes, it has worked. OP here.

I weighed myself this AM and I am 111.8 pounds.

Broke my fast around 12PM with fruit, following by salad/quinoa.

Just ate a protein bite.

Lots of H2O!

OP here. No! I had my period two weeks ago. We were out of town and I didn't overeat yet gained five pounds.

I am about to go to bed.

Weigh in is 112.8 pounds.

Why are you weighing yourself throughout the day? Any number other than first thing in the a.m. is meaningless.

That’s so unsustainable. You won’t have the energy to complete your day and your body won’t be getting what it needs to function. I’ve done overly restrictive diets before and even though they “worked” short term, it always came back to haunt me.

OP, I have your exact specs, and I wouldn't dream of losing 5 lbs in one week. I'm planning on 8-10 weeks for the 5 lbs.

You sound a bit crazy. Unless you are 4 feet tall, 114 lbs is low. You likely won’t lose 5 lbs in a week.
Start cutting back and you’ll get there but you are really not getting much sympathy here. You are not overweight.
