Story as old as time. Same ending, justice by fighting back. Kid will keep doing it until yours and others take him out to teach him they won’t tolerate it. Sane thing older players do in a game to a dirty player. Set the time early or they’ll keep doing it to you. |

Especially with boys ....honestly...turn about is fair play.. Fouler doesn’t understand the consequences of a foul |
| We have one of these on this time. Eventually he is going to clue into the fact that no one EVER pairs with him for drills. |
on this time= On our team. |
| Talk to the coach. He will handle it. If he does not, ask him to have your son and this child be on the same team during scrimmages. Problem over, at least for you. |
| Family conference with his family. Be stern. |
fatties like to foul. |

When my DD was much younger, one of her teammate would always push hard from behind making my DD fall hard and got injured several times. After a scrimmage, my DD approach that girl and said, “I will smack your head off of you push me like they again”. That girl never pushed again.
Even though the coach is a good friend of mine, it’s better that my DD handle this herself. Mind you, my DD was 8 YO at the time. |
My U15 son's team played a team that had one fat girl on the team. She couldn't keep up so she would go in and dirty slide tackle the boys, foul atrociously---because she was a girl the boys weren't giving it to her back. I told my son f*ck that. If she is going to be on the field, she is fair game. When I played with the boys, I expected to be treated the same. If I was going to be a fouling douche, I deserved to be fouled back. The problem is parents and teams won't do this. EQUALITY. |
My cousin was a wrestler in HS. One match was against a down syndrome kid. He was screwed. No matter the outcome he was going to get it. If he went in and took the kid down--he was a bully. If he let the kid win--he would be ridiculed. Sort of the same thing here. |
You did? That doesn't seem like good advice for lots of reasons... |
It was post-game and I'm female, btw. It was disgusting to watch. She just kept going in behind and hacking knees and ankles and sliding out feet from behind. This can result in torn knee and ankle injuries. The ref wouldn't call anything on her and the boys wouldn't do anything because she was female. I have no problem with that advice. If you are going to play with the big boys, expect to be treated like one. |
Seriously, should we set boys loose in the girls leagues? |
What U15 boys team is playing co-ed teams by that point? I've never heard of that, and have had three boys go through travel soccer. They stopped playing co-ed opponents around U10-11. |
