Yes, but she added those comments in follow up tweets after getting roasted when she initially retweeted it from the NY Post. She could have provided her comments without retweeting the story which only served to amplify it, unproven allegations be damned.

Thanks for posting this. The article doesn't mention that there was a really twisted racial aspect to the original recommendation for the second wave of vaccine. The committee making recommendations to the CDC recommended not to vaccinate elderly folks before frontline workers. The reason given was that the cohort of older folks, who are at highest risk of death from Covid--like 90 times more likely to die, are disproportionately white and in the name of racial equity these older folks should not be prioritized. Because of skin color.
