Why do lower class men prefer more voluptuous women?

Please provide support for the statement "almost no truly thin women left in the U.s.". I visit my local Sport&Health four mornings a week and see truly thin women there every morning. Maybe you are just blowing this stuff out of your ear (or from lower down)?

Please define "high status males." The term "status" does not mean the same thing to every reader. How do you know what social circles thin women tend to "run in"?

Really? BMI and appearing fat are not completely correlated for a number of reasons.

Yeah this exactly. What’s interesting is that I think a lot of men truly believe that their preferences are their preferences versus something that they’ve just been conditioned to believe, that a certain class needs to look a certain way.
