| PEOPLE: PLEASE STOP FEEDING THE TROLL! |
| Most men do not like women who looks like boys. Men of all races and wealth like a woman who are curvy. |
|
Cause size 0 vegan chicks aren’t common in broke communities that’s why.
Broke women have shitty diets they got 2/3 kids they and they don’t have time or resources to exercise save for jumping jacks at the bus stop in winter to keep warm so they’re fat. |
| Oh, no op! Did you sugar bear leave you for a BOB? Maybe she made him some good old fried chicken, and you were all bout smoking? |
| They like food that tastes good, too; and lots of it! Life is meant to be enjoyed and voluptuous women are very enjoyable. |
| Because people in poverty/lower socioeconomic class are more often overweight. |
So you are blaming the gays in the fashion industry? |
| OP is an angry skinny white woman. As a skinny white woman myself I see this a lot. Stop the class warfare. |
Nah! OP is our very own NYC troll. |
| Wealthy women police the looks of other wealthy women. It’s not that rich men want stick thin wives. They want a wife that isn’t ostracized for her weight. |
+1. Please. There's enough meanness in our society as it is. Resist. |
|
Two main reasons:
1. Class. 100 years ago, "voluptuous" was a sign of comfort and wealth. Nowadays, being thin signifies wealth status, it means you have leisure time to spend working out and buying and eating organic foods, not cheap calories. 2. Race. Statistically speaking, Black and Latino populations have less wealth than White and Asian populations. There are structurally racist reasons for this, of course. Culturally, however, Black and Latino men have a preference for voluptuous women, especially curvy hips. It's both genetic and cultural. |
100000%%% Guys want to sleep with bigger girls (not BIG BIG, but not scrawny) |
um no. Some curves, yes, but not all race of men like voluptuous women. |
Yeah this exactly. What’s interesting is that I think a lot of men truly believe that their preferences are their preferences versus something that they’ve just been conditioned to believe, that a certain class needs to look a certain way. |
