Guy here with a similar situation. A coworker and I were really good friends but I at least didn’t feel comfortable dating a coworker so nothing happened for about 2 years. She got invited to a big charity thing a few hours away and she didn’t want to go alone so she invited me. We had a great time with plenty of dancing and when we got back to our rooms she invited me into hers and that was that. So I guess it was on our first date but I knew everything about her beforehand. |

| There is no right answer! Prior to meeting my DH I was very slow to have sex with anyone and I know guys simply disappeared because of it but I was fine with it because it had to be right for me. With my DH we had sex after the first date because it felt right to me. |

| We were really good business friends and we had socialized quite a bit so I knew him very well. We were on a business trip together and our flight from Cincinnati to Chicago was cancelled due to bad weather so we decided to drive. Half way to Chicago at about 10pm we ran into a terrible snow storm and left the highway to find a motel. The only one was low end and full of loud trucker types who greeted my arrival with merriment. I was very nervous and he said we could share a room and he promised to be a perfect gentleman. I’m not sure why I did it but once we were in bed I cuddled up next to him and started tickling him and that led to great fun. We got married a year later in 1995. It was so out of character for me but it certainly worked out for the best. |
