My boys have ridiculous pet names that aren’t even close to their real names. People probably overhear me calling to “Floonie” and wonder what the hell ive named my kid!

My name is actually Petra I've gotten a few nicknames .
I've had Pet, petrol😂, Petri dish, Rocky, Roxy (more feminine than rocky, RaRa was probably my favourite, for some reason teacher that didnt know how to say my name called me Pedra? as I am Serbian they gave me a few like Petruška, petla (this is when i couldn't pronounce my name), pertla metla (translates to shloelace broom😂😂), petrica, Peti, pekica, pepi, perice, pero/a, pepa, peka, peki, pia there's many more but this would be a 2 year post😂

I would just use the initial personally. Petra is difficult name Do you even like it?

I agree with pp. So msny pretty names and Petra isnt one of them. Why not ise Peter for a boy or Petra for middle name?
