Okay but the Mormon church is not where the turtle creek guy got his money. The church hoards its money, they dont hand it out (except in very narrow circumstances). There is a lot of prosperity doctrine stuff in Mormonism but there are lots of poor/lower class/middle class Mormons.

That mom of ten has interesting name choices for her kids!

Leonardo, Cleopatra, Jerusalem, D'Artangnan, Shakespeare, Romeo, Nefertiti, Kingjames, Aphrodite and Omega.

The middle names are also weird. Kingjames's middle name is King Fox and Aphrodite's middle name is Bambi Bambi.

I don't think she blanket trains. On her youtube videos the kids just all run wild around the house. She also doesn't seem to potty train as the youngest 4-5 kids or so are all in diapers.

She is Finnish but they seem to travel the world and lived in Australia at one point. How do people finance this?

Why does she smile so big in every picture? The bottom teeth smile creeps me out. Can't she half-smile (or soft smile) so it doesn't show bottom teeth? The pictures would be far less creepy. Or maybe her teeth are veneer and stick out, so it's hard to keep them 'tucked in' when smiling?

Bird a la Mode is one that's a total trainwreck. Sort of goes between ok trainwreck and actual CPS visiting the house (live-blogged for viewers!). Total famewhore, but hard not to watch out of both intrigue and just like....hoping she doesn't kill off one of her kids.

This is classic Texas BIG hair and BIG teeth combo. To each their own.

I think so too. I couldn't smile like that if I tried. It is a combo of lip sizes, mouth sizes and teeth I think. She has a big mouth.

+1 I think it is most noticeable because she has a very gummy smile and you see that gum at the top. I looked at my own smile and my top and bottom lip cover a much more significant portion of my mouth- hers is all "open" so to speak.

I think the awkwardness is her upper lip is WAAAAAY above her top teeth. If her lip stopped at the top of her upper teeth it wouldn’t be so odd. But I do agree with another PP, I think it’s just how she smiles. Like the episode of Friends where Monica and Chandler get their engagement pics done.
