This is so sad. I watched the recent Dateline episode and I just can’t wrap my head around how someone described as a devoted, loving mother could so suddenly snap? I mean Tylee was almost out of the house. She raised her for 16 years and then suddenly joins a cult and starts offing people?

I know she had a few divorces in her past so maybe there was a crazy side that was already brewing under the surface. The whole thing is just so sad and strange though.

I don’t think they’re dead. Why bother to return the service dog if you’re just going to kill the kids? Why not kill the dog, too? I think they have the kids stashed in a bunker with other cult members.
