| They have access to 3 high school athletic facilities that are too far from other clubs except Burke... space not a huge issue for them |
| Woodson, Robinson, Lake Braddock... plenty of space out there |
| Swing by a practice sometime... super crowded especially if the grass fields are not useable |
Highly doubt they want DA. |
Clubs will follow the money. Don't kid yourself. A club is happy with the current league/location/director, etc. until the day of announcement. These coaches and clubs are in it for the money. Not the development of players and US Soccer. |
DA would require 4 practices per week so coaches will be doing more work for the same pay unless the club raises its fees dramatically. I don't see DA being interested in BRYC or BRYC interested in DA. |
I don’t see anyone being interested in the DA. Look at the travel requirements for some of the boys programs. |
The travel requirements you speak of are for a single age group, U18/19 |
That makes it okay? |
It makes your claim an exaggeration. |
|
I've heard there is a merger coming and another ECNL team being announced...it will be next year. So add more dilution on the pile.
Unless BRYC or some other team merges with another so they won't be the league/region punching bag. |
BRYC was just announced in the top 25 ECNL Clubs in the country... |

That is so awesome I can’t even express. Hopefully the parents can find a way to pass this accomplishment down to future generations through song. |
