10 lbs before summer starts?

DP here. Just want to say thank you for posting this. I too want to lose 10 lbs and I think 8 lbs is a reasonable weight loss in a month. And knowing that you did what I'm starting to do now (counting calories, staying away from sugar/carbs); and exercising regularly; makes me hopeful that I can lose these stubborn last 10 lbs. I don't want to go crazy by doing drastic things that aren't going to last.


PP here. good luck! I think the reason we so often fail is because we give up on our diets. I allow some cheese, crackers, wine, small bits of things I enjoy here & there. It makes dieting more tolerable. I really do stay away from sugar and bready carb things.

WTH? I woukd look significantly different losing 10 pounds. Where do you carry your weight? Your feet?
