I don't want to go crazy by doing drastic things that aren't going to last. [/quote] PP here. good luck! I think the reason we so often fail is because we give up on our diets. I allow some cheese, crackers, wine, small bits of things I enjoy here & there. It makes dieting more tolerable. I really do stay away from sugar and bready carb things. [/quote]
