Go to the doctor. Not eating for 3 days, followed by a starvation diet for 2 days is not Keto, and this is not adding up. Also, work on your grammar/writing. |
We established from the very start that you probbaly don't need to eat more fat - you have enough of body fat and you are NOT hungry. I want to help, but more information is needed. Could you please give: -your height and current weight -do you use any app for tracking -how many calories you eat a day -what are your macros on average -have you ever checked if you have thyroid issues, any other hormonal problems, insulin resistance, etc? Also, use keto strips to see if you ARE actually in ketosis and please report back. Lots of people say strips are not accurate but I find them *very* accurate. I go keto - they consistently turn purple. I go off keto - they're white. |
pp here. Can it be that you are about to have your period? Women tend to retain a lot water around that time. But if not, I don't think it's possible to gain weight after so many days of basically fasting. Could your scales be broken? |
