Most people over 50 are unattractive. But what do you do if you are an attractive over-50 man and basically can’t find anyone your age whom you are attracted to? It’s easier for women to be flexible about looks, just like it’s easier for men to be flexible about money and status.

Not much trying needed. A 48 year old guy here I'm in great shape and have a nice income so I should date women my own age?? Very few of them look good and can't keep up in other ways I dont need to date a 30 something for validation of any kind but 34-38 has been my age range the last few years

I'm the 62 year old man in that other thread. That was about my age range for looking when I was your age. I've adjusted it higher as I got older and am being called all kinds of nasty names for saying it's 35-48 but 50s is still a wall for women in the dating pool, no matter how old I get. Indeed, I'd have to wonder what is wrong with a 35 year old who wants me, but I'm not turning it down and I've had much younger although not for a relationship.
