| If Comstock runs those ads calling herself an "independent voice", I might have an aneurysm. She's voted with Trump on basically everything. Sure, she might advocate for Northern Virginia interests on certain local issues, but on national issues she is another member of Trump's GOP. Totally bought by the NRA, voted to RAISE my taxes with the SALT deduction, has barely spoken up about protecting the judiciary, DOJ, and Mueller investigation. And from reading her social media, her only attack on Wexton is calling her an "extreme liberal". Barbara. That might have worked in Northern Virginia 8 years ago, but we have a new president and the area has changed. I'm not so sure calling her a "liberal" is going to stop anyone from voting for her. |

I’m in the western Fairfax-Loudoun piece of her district, and the the pro-Wexton anti-Comstock sentiment is off the charts. And she is pegged closely with Trump whom people dispise. Comstock can have her interns post on her about immigration until the crows come hom. She is going to have to pull in a lot of Winchester vote to make up for it.
Also, she has completely f-caked over Feds. And most people here are feds, are married to feds, have fed family members or have a number of feds they know well. It’s a huge constituency very mobilized against her. |

| Yes-- I am a little surprised Comstock hasn't made more of an effort to be like Frank Wolf and stand up for federal employees-- she has done nothing for them while this Administration has tried to wage war on them. |
