Comstock vs. Wexton - Who are you voting for?

Comstock has let me down too. Just didn’t turn out to be what I hoped for.

Wexton. And I vote the candidate, not the party in the local elections. But I’m a Fed, lot a whole lot of her constituents, and she has not been there for us. She represents some amazing public schools, including the TJ feeders, and isn’t pushing back on the Betsy DeVos dismantling of public education. She’s an NRA shill. She won’t hold townhalls. She won’t meet with constituents. She is not creating nearly enough daylight between herself and Trump/ Stewart

Hard pass. She’s doing a great job representing Winchester. NOVA? Not so much. But the GOP completely deserves this for gerrymandering a district that puts the Dulles Tech corridor and silver line in the same district as Winchester.

I have heard she plans to run for Warner’s seat as her next Act. It’s very hard to see her winning that election in an increasingly blue VA. Especially given how hated she is in NOVA.

Few people remember but Comstock started her career as an adversarial researcher during the Clinton administration. She turned a failed land deal in Arkansas called Whitewater into an impeachment over a blowjob in the Whitehouse. She and Ken Starr paralyzed the government for eight years. They so weakened the government for purely political reasons that it allowed 9/11 to occur.

She has always been nothing more than a political assassin.

Now she's a Trump supporter. She's has no loyal political ideology. She would have enjoyed destroying Clinton for J-walking and weakening our national defense for the sole purpose of preventing Clinton from governing. Now today Comstock is a Trump Republican.

In a desperate bid to hold the House, the AG has filed a motion to remove nine Democrat leaning seats in NYS and California. SCOTUS is considering it. If it goes through, Nate Silver will have to change the site name to 529. And send his kids to private colleges.
