What time today?

I am anxious to find out lottery results, but am a little concerned that if I look at them tonight, I'll never fall asleep. Like a minor version of the fact that I went to bed before truly finding out election results in Nov 2016.

Not sure there's anything myschooldc could do to keep parents from losing their minds right noe (my spouse and me included).

Speaking of which, what are folks best ideas to pass this anxiety-inducing time?

I surprised myself by actually having today sneak up on me. I think I was imagining the 30th as the day before Easter, because I forgot March goes to the 31st. And I kind of forgot that the results come out the night before the real deadline. So my husband asked me last night when we find out, I was like oh.. shit, tomorrow! In my defense, work has been super busy plus I've been distracted by Easter dinner preparation, etc.

As soon as I’m done working I’m going to pop open a good bottle of wine. Deserve it tonight!

Just a couple more hours! (Or perhaps they don't release tonight at all, and we all just bite our nails all night before giving up late into the early morning!)

The kids haven't gone to bed yet, but I've started drinking the wine already.

They take that feature away until the results are up. As soon as they are available you will be able to log in again.

Are folks thinking it will be right at 10? Closer to 11? Not at all tonight?

Does the current school treat you differently or limit any services when they get the notice that you are leaving the school? Or is it more of a sigh of relief that you’re leaving? Should you wait to closer to the acceptance due date to let the current school know you’re leaving? By the way, do schools ask you why you’re leaving and maybe make you feel uncomfortable or like a traitor? Is there data compiled on what schools lose students and where those students go? Curious.

The school doesn’t know you applied. Also, FYI student ID section is an optional field. I never fill it out.
