+1 You'll want to quit The Lefttovers at several points in season 1, but if you hang in there, it's well worth it. Late season 1 - season 3 is beautiful, incredibly inventive, extraordinarily well acted tv.

The Wire is one of the best shows ever. Period. I've binged on it twice and would do it again!
