+1 who the hell are you hanging around with that holding a conversation and eye contact at 25 is shocking?

LOL I was wondering how confidence of a 32 yo is different from confidence of a 33 yo.

It's just the shining mediocrity of youth, before reality bitch-slaps him a few times.

He has a baby at home and hanging out with you!?! Um, yeah...he's a player.

Nah, the best I've found were in the 40+ range.

You have no idea who he really is in their marriage. He,could be a dud, could be amazing. Unless your friend tells you, you don't know.

It is easy to meet a guy at 25 but will it last? I was happy at 25 to travel and do exciting things. Once you settle down with the husband, house and kids you can NEVER get that time back.

I'm glad I did not rush things.

LOL at "wealth advisor" being lucrative or impressive. Those are the guys who peddle insurance policies and mutual funds to law firm associates.

And they make a lot of money doing it. The sales people who sell legal copying services make more money vs most lawyers and work less hours.

Some of you women are so damn delusional. As if no parent deserves a small break at some point. "Oh no! Dad's at HH one time with friends, what a deadbeat loser!"

My grandmother too. He used to beat her up.

You are omitting pertinent facts provided by OP. OP stated that the dad is a parent of a newborn. This parent of less than 30 days cannot stay out of a bar for happy hour? And OP wants a man like this?

OP I agree with you. Met hubby in college, got married and had baby by 25. All of our friends that met in college are stil married.

Honestly guys are not going to school as much as they were in the late 80s, women are outpacing men as far as education so it makes dating harder for this generation. My daughters feel your pain
