In my twenties I was 120 and 19% body fat. I was lifting weights. It was a good look and weight.

I think 120 is ideal ideal.

I am 5'2", and blubbery at 130. I need to be 115 to 120. That is a size 4.

I'm same height and size, but stuck between 105-110. You must be serious muscle. Jealous.

Even at 105 pounds, I was still larger than a four on bottom.

OP, you also need to take age into account, not just height & weight.

These women are all talking vanity sizes. Ann Taylor Loft 2-4. A 00 at AT literally falls off of me, it's insane. A 2 there is maybe a real 6.

We are talking about the sizes that are available to us at the stores we shop at. It's. It's not our fault many companies vanity size. That's why I only buy jeans by waistband size and length.

This is so dumb. That gives me 135 lbs to play with. At 170, I was a size 8, small 10, and looked great. If I lost weight, I looked ill.

Not really. One isn't being a bitxh by admitting most Americans are fat.

There is absolutely no way you looked good at 5'3 and 170 pounds. Even if you are large boned. Just no way. Fwiw, a size 8 in vanity sizing would have been a size 14 twenty years ago. 170 at your height is extremely unhealthy.
