It was not mandatory to police to secure arrested people in their seats, officers received a notification email of it a day later.
If the city treats its police officers for serving the public as criminals, they have my blessings to make their own safety a priority.

Throw in the fact that the Democratic leadership sides with criminals instead of police, and this is what you get.
