Isn't it surprising how people like different things? What's weird is you posting here as if you assume everyone will see things your way. |
What do you mean? How is this new? Where exactly are the NEW ones you are talking about? We already know about the ones you mentioned. Old news. |
You must be new to DCUM, where that is not weird at all. Welcome aboard! |
I'd am surprised that anyone is building in Great Falls right now since its value seems to be dropping precipitously. But they are. Things like this: Ooof. |
Don't forget mandatory "Trump bad" series |
| Mine and taste, OP has none. |
The U.S. has become a corrupt kleptocracy. Ugly houses go with ugly means of making money. Whenever you see one of the places, figure out who lives there. If you understand how money works, this information will frequently make you more ill than the architecture does! |

Good architecture thrills me. The same way big ugly houses irk me. If I see a well designed house, cleverly placed on a beautiful piece of land....a get a bit moist.
It actually makes me angry when I see an embarrassingly oversized ugly house that has wasted a nice piece of land. |
| It makes me angry to see lions and eagles on lawns, especially if they are painted in colors. Where's the HOA when you need them? |
Here is one for sale on Walker Rd., it's a McMansion with a bonus house, or maybe it's a town-McMansion-house.
|
Yeah, let's look at urban crap, too
|
Nothing to do with family or even living there. It is about investment. |
And let's show some love for beautiful Arlington while we're at it.
|
And which category this one will fit in?

That's not supersized. They get a pass, they didn't spend huge amounts of money to make it ugly. They don't have the money to make it pretty. |
