It depends how soft your hair is and how clean you keep it! |
Awful. just awful. |
That thick, but not that long. |

I like well-groomed facial hair. I do not care for unkempt beards. I think as long as you keep it clean your DW should accept that.
But honestly, what's more important to you. Keeping DW happy or keeping your beard? Can you compromise (shave some of it?) |
Not in the winter. I hate cold. |
| Shave it, beards are disgusting. |
| It's on your face. She married you in part because of the way you look and the image you project. A beard changes that and, in my view, not at all for the better. It's not what she signed up for. Get rid of it. |
| It feels like a Brillo pad. |
Yum. My husband has a beard like that, but rounded at the bottom, not square. He had it pretty short when we were trying to get pregnant with our first kid, and he promised me he'd grow it out once I got pregnant. I never got pregnant, so he grew it out anyway, and BAM. Two kids later, he's still got it, and I still think it's sexy as hell. That said, if your wife doesn't like, she doesn't like it. And I actually forgot what your original question was, now that I'm thinking about my DH and his beard
|
| I love beards, but that one is nasty looking. How about keeping it trimmed somewhat closer? |
|
How often are you out in the cold? My college BF had a beard that I hated, but he worked outside in the cold 8-10 hours a day so I tolerated it.
But they are SO unattractive. My DH does that stupid no-shave November every year and by the end of the month I've lost most of my attraction to him. |
| I love beards. Super hot! |
| good luck getting laid |
OP here. I don't get laid when clean shaven. |
|
Op,
This topic should be closed because obviously we can't solve your problem. Figure it out with your wife. Shave or don't shave I don't care anymore! Thank God you are not my DH |
