Also bought lots of Coats to donate and I put Macy's link and a coupon code on my Facebook status. I bet OPs post generates hundreds of coats for kids in need. Well done OP and DCUM.

These are the specific needs, but other coat sizes welcome (as we all know kids lose coats on occasion!)

Does anyone know of other coat drives in DC? I would like to buy some coats and donate them, but I'm not sure where to donate them. Thanks.

This is OP again. Today has really been a wonderful day. I frequent DCUM a lot and sometimes things get a little too negative or depressing. This is a reminder how many good people are out there. All of you amaze me. If I ever see something like this again I will post for sure. Good night!
