Well, now, that is a leap.
What I am reading here is that most people are opposed at illegal aliens getting a slot at a state school that is subsidized by taxpayers. These slots should be for citizens.

Can illegal kids fill out FAFSA? How do they get financial aid? Can they get Pell Grants and Federal Loans?

Always wonder about this when I see illegals bragging about their "full scholarships" to selective colleges that don't really offer merit packages, certainly not full rides.

+1. Deport those who are ballsy enough to sue. They put their info out there. And their families too. Their mom, dad, grandparents who brought them here can help them adjust to their new life in the country of their birth. In fact, now that they know English, they can make a business in trade/customer service/hospitality where it will help them to be bilingual.
