I'm 5'1" and currently 116 pounds, was 100 before birth of DD 10 months ago, those extra 16 pounds really show and I don't fit into most of my work clothes.

I hope to get back to 100 someday but we are planning on 2nd baby soon so it's not looking good.

Is there a typo here? I'm 5'6", currently weigh between 140 - 145, and wear a size 6. Before I lost weight, I was 155-160 and needed at least a size 8, but often a 10.

Either a typo or denial...I am the same height and when I weighed 158 a year ago I was in a size 8 on a good day and really should have been a 10. Now I am 138 and in a 4/6.

I am the 5'6" 160 pp and yes, I was a size 6. I have a lot of muscle bc I work out and also my body is very dense. Most people, including trainers that I worked out with, always assumed I weighed almost 20 lbs less than I actually weighed. Just the way my body was made. Even now, at 230 (and 9 months pregnant), I can wear a 12.

I will never weigh 130lbs - its just not how I am built.

Yup. Prior to pregnancy, I was working out twice a day and eating about 1000-1200 cals a day on WW. My workouts shifted dramatically, even though I still tried to bike/walk daily and my eating almosty doubled. I gained 10 lbs in the first trimester in 1 week, just by the lifestyle change. Also, I had pre-eclampsia with #1, so at least 20+ lbs was water weight that I put on in the last 3 weeks. I was still 30 lbs up when I got preg with #2 (when #1 was 5 months).

I didn't gain quite as much, but I had back-to-back babies without losing all the baby weight from #1. My youngest is 2, and I've finally lost it all without killing myself. So you'll be able to do it too! Good luck!

Me again- I forgot to mention that I have been doing 30 day shred for the past several months but I don't know if its helping. I wish I could make about 10 lbs disappear.

10lbs? More like you need to lose 15-20. Now get off your butt and do it!
