| 30 day shred is good. You don't need a trainer for kettlebells. If you are not an idiot, you can figure out the form easily by watching the video and listening to them explain how to do it. Just start with little or no weights at first to get form down. Don't pay for a dumb trainer. Waste of money. |
| Have to disagree about doing kettlebells on your own. I know several people who tried this and ended up having injuries. It's very easy to look at the form in a video and try to replicate how it looks by swinging with your arms. You see this in classes and trainers work to train it out. Many of the moves require the movement to come from the legs/hips. Trying to power it using your arms and you're going to get hurt eventually. |

Kettlebell exercises aren't for noobs. Get a trainer, or get ready to hurt yourself. Don't pay for a dumb trainer, though. Find a smart one. Not PP. |
