| Did O.J. ever manage to find the Colombian drug dealers who killed Nicole? |
Learned a new term during the program: a "Brentwood hello." |
Agreed. I was a teen when it happened, but I've been watching this show and rereading about the details.I absolutely think OJ killed the victims and is a sick individual, but the way the case was presented to the jury, there was a lot of room for reasonable doubt. The prosecution put on a terrible case - you've got the lead detective pleading the fifth as to whether or not he planted evidence, other detectives not following standard procedure when handling evidence, then the fact they opened the door for OJ to put on a show when trying the glove....I guess hindsight is 20/20 |

I remember the bronco chase/trial, I was in high school, and I've read a number of books on the trial since. I really can't believe the whole Mark Fuhrman part of this debacle. The Goldman family, I feel really bad for them. Travolta's makeup choices (is that putty he's wearing on his forehead?) This whole thing is so fascinating. And sad.
The actor playing Johnny Cochran is amazing, I have straight up cried over him 2 weeks in a row. I am also now re-reading Vincent Bugliosi's book on the trial. |
| Agree that the actor playing Johnny Cochran is phenomenal. Really enjoying the show so far. |
| I've really been enjoying it. John Travolta is cracking me up. He looks like such a weirdo! David Schwimer is just a tragic actor. It's an interesting mix of train wreck + court room drama. Good entertainment! |
| Courtney Vance has been an actor some 20+ years and is married to Angela Bassett and you don't know his name? |
| For me, listening to the desperation in Nicole's voice during one of those 911 calls is beyond tragic and terrifying. I can't imagine what that was like for her. |
He was too busy dating... |
| I was surprised to see that OJ was accused of abusing Nicole on more than 60 occasions, that OJ and Nicole began dating when she was 18, and OJ arranged for Nicole's parents to get a Hertz dealership. Is any of that true? |
And golfing. |
I know that I've seen him before but no, I didn't know his name nor that he's Angela Bassett's husband (and good for him on that too.) |
I don't know about the exact number of occasions but her age and the Hertz dealership are true. |

Knife found at OJ's former mansion...

He's fabulous. I think he is a Tony award winner. I loved him in The Hunt for Red October, which was when I started to follow his career. I think he and Angela met at Yale School of Drama, and he's a Harvard graduate. I loved him on E.R. - he was the only watchable parts of those awful last seasons. |
