He thinks so too. He says he is already writing his inaugural address. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/bernie-sanders-inaugural-address_5672f21ce4b0648fe30284a6?ir=Politics%3Fncid%3Dnewsltushpmg00000003 In the meantime, Iowa progressives are annoyed that he's not campaigning there more, and his overall campaign schedule is much less rigorous than Hillary's. She's working much harder to win than he is. |
The Sanders campaign had reported breakdowns in the NGP VAN firewalls to the DNC before, knowing that their campaign data could be accessed just as easily (see http://www.mediaite.com/online/dnc-gets-involved-after-sanders-staffer-fired-for-accessing-clinton-voter-data/ ). Did Hillary's campaign ever report such problems, or did they just not notice, or ...?
"NGP VAN? We’ve all heard of that company before! Because that’s the company hosting the website for the South Dakota sacrificial lamb Democrat challenger to Congresswoman Kristi Noem, Paula Hawks. And through their generosity, we all knew she was running long before she was prepared to make an announcement..." (see http://dakotawarcollege.com/hawks-website-host-who-leaked-announcement-now-blamed-for-clintonsanders-data-breach/ for more). "The DNC hires a group to manage their database and firewall between the campaigns. They screw up and [a] Sanders staffer sees and reports it. Nothing is saved or printed out and now the DNC is withholding crucial access to voter data until the Sanders campaign can prove it doesn’t have the data from the Clinton campaign and won’t release access to voter data unless somehow the Sanders campaign can prove a negative – that they have destroyed data they don’t have. Which is impossible.” (http://usuncut.com/politics/dnc-sabotages-bernie/ ) |
LOL. Does no one here know the history of the Clintons? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_House_FBI_files_controversy |
Nice spin, but the campaign's story doesn't hold up. The audit logs revealed everything the four Sanders staffers did. They did not report this breach to the vendor. Instead, they systematically searched the Clinton files, downloaded and saved them. http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2015-12-18/sanders-campaign-fires-data-director-after-breach-of-clinton-files |
HRC is an old hand at this. She's smart enough to have it done by others without getting caught. |
Looks like Bernie’s campaign is not taking this action by the DNC lightly.
They are demanding immediate access to the records or are filing in federal court. Sounds like they have some information about previous incidences that cause them to believe the DNC is not telling the full story. They want a full independent audit of the DNC and its records. I’m thinking they don’t think much of Debbie Wasserman Schultz. But, then again, who does? |
How about full access audits? I would not be surprised if the Clinton campaign has been exploiting Sanders outreach efforts all along. |
It's funny how you conservatives consider her to be so smart when it suits you. And so incompetent when it suits you. |
Ouch! |
Yep. But Bernie's campaign is going after the DNC instead of admitting they did anything wrong. That press conference was unbelievable. |
I didn't see the press conference, but it really presents a challenge for Sanders. He can fire everyone in sight, but they can't unsee the data. And they can't run a campaign without access to at least their own data. Now I finally understand what they mean when they say "feel the Bern". |
No, this would be the liberal take on GW Bush WRT WMDs and conning the likes of Biden and HRC to vote yes on war with Iran, while also being a moron. Conservatives I know all agree Clinton is damn smart, dishonest and just downright evil. ![]() |
She's smart for a Democrat, but that's liking saying a first grader reads really well. |
What? DWS is favoring Hillary?? A progressive organization being led by a sexist? Is that even possible? Does the matriarchy have no limits? |
Wasserman Schultz is bigtime in the bag for Hillary. |
