If Bernie Sanders had a shot, the public would show more interest and there would be more going on with the debates.
It's really up to him to show that his candidacy is something more than him trying to pull Hillary to the left by lengthening out the process. That may be something you desire, but parties are made to get people elected, and they aren't that interested in sacrificing that goal. |
Can you imagine outrage if the Clinton campaign had done this? |
Bernie has zero charisma. He has no chance. |
I do think he's doing more than trying to pull Hilary to the left. I believe he thinks he can win. And honestly I wouldn't be surprised if he did. I think I'd prefer him to Hillary, but I would be happy with either. Cruz and Trump truly terrify me. |
I actually think the debates hurt Bernie and help Hillary. She comes of cool, collected, and capable. He seems to rant. I agree with his positions on MANY things, but when I see him in a debate, I worry about his ability to actually lead the country. |
Sanders isn't about getting rid of capitalism. |
What does Hillary even stand for? I have yet to figure out what she will do for our country. She's as quiet as a church mouse because she has no plans. She's hoping to win on her husband's "legacy" and little else. |
Wahh, wahh, wahh. Just another Republican starting to cook up some conspiracy theory to explain why America is going to vote against your candidates again. Instead of making up more conspiracy theories, you should look at the obvious answer: Your candidates offer no constructive messages. Their platforms are mostly based around fear, hate, and divisiveness. Those are rarely winning messages. |
DWS and HRC are. . . not friends. I think that's widely known. I suspect HRC would love to replace DWS with Jennifer Granholm. Yes, the debates clearly bolster Hillary's candidacy. She agreed to do more. |
She has very detailed plans for almost everything. If you'd like to know what she wants to do for the country, please read them, or watch any of her major policy speeches. I'm confident you won't do any of that. |
He's not, I agree, but when he was asked if he's a capitalist, he said, "No, I'm a Democratic socialist." He chose to frame it that way. |
Nor will the average American voter because - NEWS FLASH - they are not very well read. She is TERRIBLE at explaining it. Instead, she choses to be quiet during the debates and let Bernie spout out his gazillion plans that he has no explanation of how we will pay for it all. |
Funny, I haven't at all noticed Hillary being quiet during the debates. I guess we watch different ones or something. I find it easy to understand her plans, except for the financial ones because I know little about that field. So she can't be that terrible at explaining. But since you're better informed than the average American voter, please go read her plans and watch a few recent speeches. Then come back and tell us you don't know what she plans to do. |
Perhaps not, but most people don't realize that or believe it. |
Trump 2016! the only way to go! |
