The collective egos of Adam Lambert and Blake (both of whom I initially enjoyed) and the blah of Xtina and the really too sweet, vanilla Pharrell ruined The Voice for me. But mostly it was the on and on and on mindless, ego-infused Blake/Adam banter that killed it off totally. |
| I actually am surprised about this one. Blake's annoying, though. |
|
Miranda will do really well out of this - women LOVE the "scorned woman" songs which she already is well known for. She'll get a whole hit album out of it, people reading into it, speculation, PR, etc.
He, not so much. He's already big enough it won't ding him really, but he'll fall more into the bro-country than before. It will be business as usual for him. |
He seems about as interesting as warm tap water. |
They really had completely different schedules, they tour separately and he does the Voice out of LA. So from that standpoint alone, a divorce is not shocking. Add in his drinking, ego and laziness and I thing it was an uphill battle for their marriage to be successful. |
I never understood his huge appeal. |
You've mentioned twice now that he's lazy. You know this how? |
I also disagree that he is lazy. He is on the Voice, recording albums and touring. That is not the schedule of someone who is lazy. That said, I can see how that schedule would not work for someone who is married. |
You mean Adam Levine? Can't see Adam Lambert and Blake getting along too well. |
| Blake admits to being lazy in interviews. |
| another "Who?" |
It's probably calculated to be part of his charm - so that lazy fans will find him relatable. |
ha ha good one yes, surely Adam Levine |
But it doesn't him stay married. Easy career success trumps marriage, I suppose. |
I wish Eddie and Brandi would get back together. |
