+1 million. Seriously. People are afraid that if they pick up a barbell they are going to get super jacked. IT takes a LOT of work to get that way. Stay soft and watch your metabolism plummet and osteoporosis set in. My friends who lift and are in great shape had zero problems attracting men. |
+1000000 I strenght train 3x a week I love having some muscle definition. Women need to understand if you lift weights it will not make you look like a man it will give you curves, life your ass, define your waist line make you look and feel better. It would take a lot for a woman to become hard and ripped. My DH was the one who got me into strenght training and I love it. |
This. I also lift heavy a lot. To look at me, you'd have no idea how strong I am. In my late thirties, I get more attention that I ever did in my twenties before I was lifting. I don't do it for that though: I do it because I love feeling strong. |
Agree. It's not between jiggly jello and hard as a log - and women can't get that way unless they let their fat % get under 15% which is impossible without strict dieting, mega strength training with heavy weights and killer cardio like what female body builders do for competitions. |
| ^to above PPs: IDK. I dont really like a girl to have much muscle development. Visible muscles, at all, in the arms I consider to be a turnoff. It's too masculine looking to me. |
She is disgusting. I would not touch her with a stick. |
| Soft. |
| The 25% woman in the photos looks perfect |
Preach, sister. |
| Notice all these women whining that they are ripped so it must be preferable. Hilarious! |
Woman here. Nope, I would want the 7-10 and the 10-12. The 15% is far from ideal. |
What 7-10? |
No, a woman who excerise es is not ripped that's a huge misconception. It just means there excerise, men who lift weights are ripped if they do body builder work outs an average woman who lifts weights is in shape and does not look flabby. |
PP here. Also, i want to clear something up. When I say curves, I dont just mean boobs and butt. I actually dont care about boob size, as long as they're not fake (and theres at least something there- but most women wouldnt be totally flat unless they were severely underweight and I would never be attracted to that anyway). By curves, I mean just having a feminine look- the softness of a woman's arm versus a man, thighs that are thick and non muscular (I dont mean super super thick- I just mean, proportionate to body, women carry much more fat in their thighs than men.) Even the little curve in a woman's stomach, the layer of fat there that you dont see with dudes. I'm not talking about a huge amount, but I mean- it's just different how a woman's body is built versus a guy. Obviously having a proportionally big butt or boobs is great- but definitely not a deal maker or breaker. Women just have soft lines, curvature, fullness where men are usually hard, flat, angular. THAT's what people who are attracted to women find attractive. As long as it fits into that mold and there's a level of health, it's pretty much all good. But yeah- musculature could MAYBE work but I will take a "soft" woman over that any day of the week. |
There isn't but there should be. |
