DC School teacher arrested for having sex in classroom with student

I just search on Facebook for the perpetrators name and came up with a person who's from Philly. Could this be her because the agency that hired her is based out of Delaware?

It's not just an age differential issue, it's a power issue. Teachers (subs or not) should not be having sex with kids, regardless of gender and age differential.

The age of consent in DC is 16, so she did not break the law. He did, however, as you note, break the law by distributing a video of a minor (himself) engaged in the act.
