It's certainly another angle to this scandal. Possible residency fraud here may not be as salacious as the sex but it is a pervasive problem in DC public and charter schools. It would be just desserts if the plaintiffs are exposed as fraudsters after bringing this frivolous suit. Don't get me wrong, the "teacher" should be convicted but the "special needs" minor is culpable also. And the mother may have bitten off more than she bargained for, if she fraudulently enrolled her kid in a DC charter. |
