$300/yr on hair ($50 cut every two months)
$100/yr on makeup (Bare Minerals) $70/yr on pedicures (that's about 2 with tip) $50/yr on shampoo and conditioner (l'oreal grocery store type) $40/yr on hair product (salon brands) $25/yr on sunscreen (wear almost daily) Comes out to about $50 per month. Once my kids get older and I can spare the obscene amount of time it takes to get highlights my hair budget will jump to $900/yr. I don't think I'm high maintenance, and you probably wouldn't either if you met me, but I do try to look good. |
| I'm the PP with the $75 haircut (not incl tip). Where are you all getting your hair cut for $45-$50? I'd love to switch! |

$200 every 6 weeks for cut and color to cover greys
$70 per month for eyebrow wax (otherwise have unibrow) $70 per bikini wax, once a month in summer, maybe every other month other months Don't do mani, but every other month get pedi for $40 Makeup, I don't wear much but use Bobbi brown, Laura mercier, etc., I had to restock everything last year because my kids played in it and destroyed it all, cost me $700 for all makeup, brushes, etc. super bummer, I was so pissed Shampoo, I like kerastase which now CVS sells I wait until I get emailed a 20% off purchase cvs coupon and buy, so it's like $100 4 times a year I use creme la mer at night, so $300 every other month. I use oil of olay with SPF for daytime, so that's like $50 a year. My hormones went nuts after having children, and now I need laser hair removal on my face 4 times a year, $300 a pop. |

$90 haircut every 3-5 months. Plus tip.
Thats it. Nothing else. I'm in my late 30's, not late 20's. |
|
Hair-$400/month
Nails-$85/month Makeup- maybe $40 Facials- $0, need to start |
|
I get a haircut every month - $40.
I have very nice skin and I don't need to cover up much. I use Olay regenerist products as well. I also do all other treatments at home - waxing, facials, mani-pedi etc. I make my own wax also for arms, legs and underarms. I thread my own eyebrows as well. I make my own scrub and face packs. I also do my own brazilian waxing - using a kit that costs me around $20 every 3-4 months. |
Have you thought of trying threading for your eyebrows? so much cheaper and much easier on the sking. |
How much do they charge and do you need to make an appointment? |
I have, but can't find any place convenient to where I live. It really sucks with my hormones, I've had everything checked, I just have really dark hair, and now it seems to be on my face, chin, brows, etc. |
| Not much. $50 haircut twice a year. $6-8 boxes of hair dye every six weeks or so. Big bottles of salon conditioner/shampoo a few times a year. Cover Girl makeup when it needs replacing. Olay moisturizer and BB cream, facial cleanser from the drugstore. I don't do manis or pedis, but I do paint my toenails weekly. So I don't spend much. I've always been low-maintenance. |
| Probably $250. |
You are probably under 50. |
|

22 a Month on eyebrows
Zero on makeup my mom buys me way to much for gifts so I've never had to buy any 20 for a haircut a few times a year 30 for a pedicure sometimes monthly , sometimes not And manicures depend on my mood I used to spend 50 a month on acrylic but I'm over that now |
+1 If you need a lot of spackle all over your face and face haircolor, first PP, you're ugly. Some of us were actually born with pretty features and nice hair. |
