Saute 1/2 minced onion + couple cloves garlic. Add 1c frozen corn and 1 can of black beans (drained). Spice however family likes (we do cumin and a decent amount of heat). Scramble eggs. Put flour tortillas in microwave wrapped in a towel for a minute. Serve.

If we have avocado, I add avocado. DH adds hot sauce.

Don't flame me but...you boil the gnocchi first, right, and then sautee it? Or, no? I'm thinking of the shelf stable trader joes kind.

Nope! Sautée in butter. A totally different way if doing it but I far prefer it to boiling.

Gnocchi pp here... For help google eating well skillet gnocchi. That's the original recipe. I also add spices like basil, oregano and red pepper but again, was trying to keep it basic to meet the 5 ingredient max . I Sautée it for maybe 4-5 minutes til it's fork tender and then sprinkle salt on it

Frozen chopped onions
Jar of favorite pasta sauce
Any kind of pasta

Brown the meat and frozen onions (drain it if you are doing beef or sausage, but turkey and chicken usually don't need it). Add the jar of pasta (you can also add italian seasonings or chopped garlic), simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over pasta with a sprinkle of parm cheese.

Or put the noodles right in the pan. Here is great recipe.

-Cubed tofu, drizzled with olive oil and a bit of soy sauce (or an alternative, we use Bragg's liquid aminos) and roasted at 375 for an hour

Serve with grain of choice (we've done brown rice, quinoa, barley, farro, etc.) and a veggie (I love roasted butternut squash, also good with brussels sprouts). I put our oven on convection and roast the tofu and veggies at the same time.

Also, make big batches of grains and freeze smaller portions, so you can just thaw and reheat.

And, 14:17, I *love* sautéed gnocchi!! If only my husband did as well... I've also sautéed it in olive oil, so so good.

OK, mine cheats in terms of # of ingredients but it is SO SIMPLE and amazing. Easy peasy.

1 cup Feta, crumbled

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 450°F. Place the tomatoes in a large baking dish. Spoon the olive oil and garlic over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper and toss. Place on top rack of oven and roast for 20 minutes.
