Op here - I made this on Thursday but only had a slice yesterday after dinner - OH My GOD! It is delicious! Soooooo moist, rich and not overly sweet! I love it! I must say that because I really liked the idea of coffee in the cake from the other recipe, I used one cup of coffee (kcup Italian roast) + 1/2 cup of water, in lieu of 1 1/2 cup of water only. I also put one tsp of instant coffee on the ganache recipe
It goes so well with a glass of cold milk thanks PP!
