It is delicious! Soooooo moist, rich and not overly sweet! I love it! I must say that because I really liked the idea of coffee in the cake from the other recipe, I used one cup of coffee (kcup Italian roast) + 1/2 cup of water, in lieu of 1 1/2 cup of water only.
