Here she is doing a scholarly interview on the man she was banging. Talk about balls of brass.
http://www.classwarfareexists.com/the-daily-show-interview-with-david-petraeus-mistress/#axzz2BsZ08soI Interesting wardrobe choice. Proud of our well muscled arms, are we? The video above also links to this letter in the NYT from a man worried about his wife's affair, rumored to be HER husband. http://www.nytimes.com/2012/07/15/magazine/a-message-from-beyond.html?_r=3& |
| This link has the plane pic and another interview with her. http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2012/11/09/15056607-petraeus-biographer-paula-broadwell-under-fbi-investigation-over-access-to-his-email-law-enforcement-officials-say?lite |
| I think John Stewart was on to her. The interview is creepy, and her following Petraeus to Afghanistan is beyond weird. |
| Agree with PP. She is scary. |
| 22:26 I've always thought JS is a really bright guy (probably smarter than most journalists) but really? Nah, I don't think so. He was treating her the way he treats all his interviewees. |
| Broadwell also followed Petraeus to Afghanistan for a year to write a book and left two young children behind. Something's wrong with her. |
I would have just thought she was foolish. But the WAPO article about the threats... yeah she's scary. Her poor kids. |
| her family's Thanksgiving dinner, with the little kids and the in-laws, is going to be interesting this year |
What are you talking about? Has he ever even said whether he's an R or D? Hasn't he stayed out of politics, and didn't he have a good relationship with Obama? ' |
| Didn't find her scary. I think that's just a more reserved and straight forward style of speaking. Two things that did strike me about the Daily Show interview: 1) she talked about what kind of man Petraeus is, without, for example, any analysis of his leadership style in the context of the military. So while her affect seemed very business-like, the subject was very personal - like in celebrity journalism. 2) she was dressed as if for a cocktail party which seemed jarring or at least at odds with the way a serious researcher or journalist would dress for a book tour. |
I'm not PP, but, hello, irony?? |

The stature of General David Petraeus as a VP candidate shot from non-existent to red hot with word from the Drudge Report that he is under secret consideration for the job. Petraeus is even getting a nod from President Obama himself, who claimed his inside information put the general at the top of Romney’s list

fbi was investigating this months ago and DP was still allowed to keep his Agency position.
Agency Office of Security are hypocritical azzholes. He was banging her and being a dog well before he joined the Agency. I love when Agency security apes drone on about how their security policies are enforced from top to bottom at the Agency. TS/SCI full-scope process is pure random BS. |
