I do not think "McMansion" means what you think it means. This would be a "Mansion." Exemplars of McMansions can be found Oakton and cost around 700k to 900k.
While some may not like this house, drive around, it actually fits in with the architecture of the historic Cleveland Park strip. |

Kinda' like the way the Venetian in Vegas fits in with the architecture of Venice! The key question for city approvals is whether the home enhances or detracts from the landmarked 18th century farmhouse, the oldest house in DC, or diminishes its prominence at Rosedale. From the slide, the answer seems clear. |
